Unable to Export to CSV #382

I am currently unable to export a set to a CSV file (using the usual button for doing so).

I had this problem and Mike determined that it will happen if questions are checked as Proofread but not Edited - adding this as a placeholder in case it helps, hopefully a full workaround will be put in and ultimately this will be fixed
