ClassDiagram_Pangenome.pdf The current class diagram of the ontology @dimatr. Please also see https://github.com/vgteam/vg/pull/2710 for current updates. And be aware of https://github.com/pangenome/spodgi/issues/17. This issue might apply for us, too.
