Bring our repository into shape #11

We should try to start with a clean repository. How about we stick to or start again with: https://github.com/audreyr/cookiecutter-pypackage? Maybe we should do this, before we setup Travis CI and solve #10 .

I think we can agree we've fulfilled this now that we have Django apps and Travis integration. Thanks for your help!
