Multi zoom level visualization by pipeline #16

Put all zoom level chunks as each folder under public folder, and enable us to select zoom level on Schematize.

[ ] Run odgi bin with different binning sizes for multi zoom layer on pipeline.

As discussion with @subwaystation, Zoom level should be either

Log-scale (1, 10, 100, 1000...)
Linear-scale (0, 100, 200, 300...)

A comment to the linear scale: We can have the length of the pangenome and people can specify the number of zooms. Example: Pangenome length: 30000 Number of zooms: 5 Resulting bin widths: (1, 6000, 12000, 18000, 24000, 30000) We will always output the nucleotide level zoom.
