complete all three dynamic classes

Finished:

NodeEmbeddingBasedGraphConstruction & NodeEmbeddingBasedRefinedGraphConstruction: embedding & topology construction.
Report the performance of above classes (topology construction) on the Cora dataset.
Test the above classes on dummy text data.

TODO:

Add raw_text_to_init_graph method for all dynamic graph construction classes.
Explore other similarity metric learning & graph sparsification techniques, and add graph regularization techniques. (Move to base class)
Improve doc_string.
Even later
- Complete test on realistic text datasets.
- NodeEdgeEmbeddingBasedGraphConstruction.
