We will make Graphbook configurable with settings. Let's implement a settings menu that allows the user to configure Graphbook in the UI. Two sections will exist: server-side settings and client-side settings. Server-side settings will remain at rest on the backend with a yaml file and client-side settings will be stored in LocalStorage.

The value will set the cwd of the media server. Default is the current cwd of the media server.
