Preprocess 1.2: generate_chunks. Check failed: image id has to be unique. #24

Hi,

In step 1.2 generate_chunks.py, if I don't comment out line 25~27 as below, I would get log.err saying: Check failed: image id has to be unique. Kindly ask if anyone encounter similar issue? What might be the reason? Thank you.
