But what if the user could use these data to trigger specific notifications such as:

X kilos of coffee consumed - triggers a notification to perform a Cafiza backflush
Y kilos of coffee consumed - triggers a notification to perform a grinder cleaning
Z kilos of coffee consumed - triggers a notification to perform descaling
