Missing map-matching SNAPSHOT.jar #137

SNAPSHOT jar file for Map Matching is missing in branch 0.11 and master. I tried running with the web service jar file from https://graphhopper.com/public/releases/graphhopper-web-0.11.0.jar, and got route, isochrone and other apis but not map matching one.

I have an intermediate commit from master which has this snapshot file. Has this been changed in the recent version and docs not been updated..?
