As far as I know there's no way to encode these with the Code 39 (Extended) standard, there will be no barcode scanner software that can read this and also there are no free symbols for such additions, all possible Code 39 symbols are used.

Your request sounds like you want to use this as a display font, i.e. for decorative purposes, not for technical/scanning. I'm afraid that is out of scope for this project.

Looking at 39 Extended support for ɔɲɛɲƆƐƝŊ. 30 million use this in west africa. Would be awesome to get support for these!
