website: Example Gallery #489

A first pass at importing the example gallery found at https://www.graphile.org/postgraphile/examples/

It is no longer in a table, but its own "docs" accessed from the nav bar. Each example is its own page, and anchor links are used for easy linkage!

I guess there's places within the docs that link to this? I haven't looked at that yet.

I've had a scan, and looks like there's no links which need updating, so should be ready to merge 👍🏻
