2 years ago Good catch. GitHub has a weird behavior when you paste a link into a part of the markdown that is inside link syntax. It expands the pasted text into second, embedded link construct, keeping the old link as the display text for the new one. Long story short, in cleaning up the extra markdown, I accidentally left in the old link. I pushed a new commit that corrects the link.
Fixed the link to the Relay network layer page. Also renamed Relay Modern to just Relay to match now Relay now generally refers to its current version.
