While working on the Support Plans page, I noticed a page called "Contributing" which only shows while in the PostGraphile parts of the website/documentation.
It was in much need of updating:
changed references from Patreon to GitHub Sponsors
added references to the wider Graphile suite of tools
links out to the Graphile GitHub repo instead of just PostGraphile
