Redroid fails to preserve or request information of which channels an instance is on as well as the topics and users of these channels. This information can either be saved to the Restart file or requested by issuing IRC commands like NAMES and TOPIC on reinstate.

Saving the information would create a TOCTOU issue. Consider NAMES and TOPIC requests on restart
