add ability to select page cosma should open to automatically if url does not contain hash directly #103

@zyansheep Thank you for submitting a pull request. A graph has no obvious starting point, so being able to set one is a good idea. (I remember colleagues suggesting a sort of "guided tour" feature, which was in the same spirit: being able to orient people in the data you share.)

I will test it and let @Myllaume check the code. edit: I don't have a specific timeframe to give you because we haven't yet planned the next development cycle, so I'll get back to you on that. (More info on our "Now" page: https://cosma.arthurperret.fr/now.html)
