@sahra-karakoc Rebased it to fix all merge conflicts due to the recent PRs, but please double check that I didn't delete any of your work. I made sure to rebuild and run the substream, and it seemed to work, but just in case.

@sahra-karakoc I did confirm it still runs, but haven't gotten to the point where I have curator data (given that it's quite a long time since launch), and it's syncing quite slowly so far. I don't wanna leave it running since we are using the usage based endpoint, but I'll double check tomorrow running it in the background while I do some other tasks.

Values look ok so far, going to merge this @sahra-karakoc
