Optimize a general stake amount independent of indexer address #24

Currently an indexer address is required to run the optimization on top of. There exist a use case to run the optimization for a hypothesized amount of stake.

Expected solution Provide an optimization variant that is independent of indexer identity, subsequently the calculations related to active indexer allocations. The variant should be triggered when input command gets parsed to a number in-place of indexer address.
