Subgraph does not contain the GraphProxyAdmin address #96

I forgot to add it as it was a late add to the protocol. We should index it and add it to GraphNetwork.proxyAdmin

Is this still relevant? I think we didn't add it yet, but not sure how relevant it is @davekaj

its basically just adding a field on graphNetwork and then saving the address

It wouldnt hurt to have it but also we've never needed it
