In addition to Defi, Internet of things will be one of the most important applications with blockchain, and more IoT projects will be launched as eth2 goes online, and there are also iot projects in the polkadot, IOTA community.

I could see an IoT under Science & Tech. I guess IoT has both Hardware and Software components.
