Interesting suggestion. I wonder if this should be a category or a field on the project. Or maybe a separate registry all together that references Everest projects. Clearly this would have a lot of value but you start to get to questions of subjectivity. Who's the judge of if a project scammed people out of money or just failed to deliver? It seems like determining that could be a whole protocol or maybe utilizing something like Aragon Court.
