Add new category/subcategory for Podcasts/Youtube channels/Forums that are web3 focused #188

Add new subcategory for Podcasts/Youtube channels/Forums that are web3 focused: Right now we don't have anything like such, not sure if they really qualify but just a suggestion. We have a category for Education and News & Media, this might fit somewhere close to these categories.

Great suggestion. It is tough to say whether Podcasts should be in News & Media, Entertainment, or Education. Youtube channels could also be under Entertainment > Video or Social. Forums is another tough one. Entertainment? I would love to get opinions from people that have these types of things. This isn't my industry.. but it's a good suggestion. Anyone else have input?
