Communication source needed #201

It would be great to add a way of communication within the listed project. I believe it is a great way of learning a lot about the project while listening to community members or just reading the chat history. Furthermore, big announcements that are related to the project are always in the pinned message. It is sometimes easier to be up to date rather than to find a specific tweet.

Another field can be added in the marked area on the screenshot, below Twitter.

Very common media are: Discord, Telegram, Slack

Would the communication field just be the URL of the chat system? Discord and Telegram could probably be their own fields.
