Suggestion | Add new subcategory #245

Right now we have Staking (Services and tools for staking, delegating, and running nodes) as a subcategory of DeFi. My suggestion is to separate new subcategory in DeFi category "Staking-as-a-Service Providers".

You think this should be a top level category? Maybe under Business Services though it's really specific to Infrastructure which is under Science & Tech > Software. Still not 100% sure what the parent category should be. I think I'd prefer Staking Services over Staking and Staking-as-a-Service Providers but maybe we could get some more opinions.

Subcategory Staking Services under Business Services looks pretty correct as for me.
