Proposal to add ne Categories #324

I suggest the team to add a new category just to track Polkadot projects as we are expecting close to 100 sub parachains projects coming in the ecosystem. It will be helpful to see all polka projects at one place apart from subcategory based on each projects like aggregators, insurance etc.

Someone else suggested having a Polkadot category under Blockchains. I think that would make sense to help group parachains.
