Explorer: Sorting of indexer, curator & delegator participants #246

When sorting indexer participants

Not possible:

  • Name

Failing with An unexpected error has occurred:

  • Staked
  • Query fees
  • Indexer rewards
  • Fee cut
  • Rewards cut

Working:

  • Subgraphs

When sorting curator participants

Not possible:

  • Name
  • Shares
  • Subgraphs

Working:

  • Signaled
  • Curating since

When sorting delegator participants

Not possible:

  • Name
  • Indexer Delegating
  • Delegated Stake 
All 
There are different fonts in the headers.

Oh, and please make a separate issue for the fonts stuff. I'll leave this for sorting issues. Keep in mind that the delegator stuff is new and very unpolished 🙂 Sorting on the curators table isn't possible currently afaik but @nenadjaja might correct me if I'm wrong.
