Explorer: Remove operator has no effect to the explorer and its impossible to activate old operator address #259

It would be nice if the remove operator tx would have any effect to the explorer. A checkbox with the information active or not would be sufficient.

Also after removing the operator address(which just sets a boolean to false and keeps the address), its impossible to activate the old operator address again. Bildschirmfoto von 2020-12-16 13-32-49

Well, currently the explorer is not updating the current operator address at all. Might be the root cause of the issue.
