"Delegation remaining" calculation #266

The delegation remaining is calculate as 16 x Indexer's Stake.

On picture below the allowed delegation cap is 3.3 x 16 is ± 53. Already Delegated GRTs is 15,7. Which means "Delegation remaining" = 37.3

But on side bar (picture below) we can see that "Delegation remaining" is still 53.3. Screenshot 2020-12-19 at 17 30 55

Nena found the issue. It was related to new accounts interacting with nodes that they didn't interact with before. It's fixed now. I didn't knew how to repro this until last night.
