Simplify district0x example data source #30

This simplifies the district0x example data source so it is

  1. more suited for a first pass implementation,
  2. more suited for local development (using local paths as an alternative to IPLD links),
  3. doesn't use rxjs (or any other external dependencies).

This also creates a copy of the district0x schema and simplifies it so that only the parts remain that The Graph doesn't already provide.
