This involves a few things

getting good enough at rust to do so
dissecting their code to figure out what is going on, because they have no documentation (this is in another task)
actually building out the thing
talking to the substrate devs

I got as far as I could without putting in serious resources and getting help from a good rust dev. We will see where to go next with this, but A new issue will be created if are planning on making a bigger POC
