[ ] add Arweave protobuf files into it
[ ] implement graph::blockchain::Blockchain and related traits for graph_chain_arweave::Chain
[ ] implement WASM abi from graph_runtime_wasm::asc_abi::class::{Array, Uint8Array} for arweave types
[ ] add Arweave types to core::subgraph , graph::blockchain::BlockchainKind, graph::runtime , and index-node
[ ] connect to firehose-arweave in the entry of graph-node
