Simplify folder structure

• Remove unnecessary folders under sample projects
• Remove DataLoaderWithEFCore.sln
• Rename "test" folder to "tests"
• Move the SimpleWebApp.Tests project under "tests"

Note: GitHub is showing a number of files changed when they were not changed. I don't know why. Probably line endings were "changed".
