Temporarily blocked on proc-macro-error upgrade. See:

A newer version of syn exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.

It seems that proc-macro-error became unmaintained and there won't be any syn 2.0 migrations there in near future. So, it's easier for us to get rid of it, replacing it with a simplified version of its machinery.
