Launch GraphQL Meetup Program #12

feel free to cargo cult some of our meetup program in CNCF 1) we standardized on code of conduct 2) paid for a meetup pro account to have a centralized list of foundation endorsed meetups 3) central list of meetup organizers to share best practices, discount codes to conferences etc https://github.com/cncf/meetups

I manage the graphql-amsterdam and graphql-copenhagen meetups.

When all the crazy times are over I would love to help here!

We thought about doing an online Meetup on some of our groups. Would be great to announce it with something about the official program? Also we could reach out to other groups and do an event across a number of groups from the same timezone. What would be the next steps here?
