Implement i18n so the community can translate it #194

This issue pertains to:

[X] GraphQL Playground - Electron App
[X] GraphQL Playground

It would be nice if the Playground would implement i18n so we could have a community effort with the translation (tip: https://crowdin.com/ - free for OSS)
