Retire blocksci #28

Blocksci is not maintained anymore for some time now. Graphsense lib now provides a replacement to ingest data into the raw_keyspacement. Although, its slower it makes sense to get rid of this outdated dependency.

as a last step our (https://github.com/graphsense/graphsense-lib) ingest module now supports zec shielded transactions. This finishes the features required to replace and retire blocksci in the graphsense-stack.
