docs: Fix typo in container start command #5

The start command was using the BLOCKCHAIN_DATA_DIR placeholder (or env var) twice. This causes confusion since the actual command needs two directories BLOCKSI_DATA_DIR and BLOCKCHAIN_DATA_DIR
