Key Item Id wrong #13

I was comparing old and new extractions of the key items and found the id's 
have changed.  Actually, in POLUtils it's labeled as "index" which I assumed 
was the identifier.  Some of the id's are still correct which leads me to 
believe the ID is there just not being pulled correctly.
