Feature Request: Detailed Auto-Translator info

Hi!

I am currently looking for a feature where I could turn any Auto-translate HEX 
string such as "02020111" or "0202010f" into what they would say in English, 
respectively here {All right!} and {Congratulations!}.

As POL Utils is one of the only (the only?) software which is close of doing 
that, I was wondering how hard it would be to have a such feature implemented? 
The reverse feature, from English text to the HEX string is less important to 
me, yet it could be very useful as well.

Thanks in advance for answering this email. POL Utils is a great tool! None is 
as comprehensive and as easy to use!

Basic idea would be to add a Thing and FileType for the autotranslator file, so 
the full data is visible/exportable.

Was planning to implement this around Christmas, but didn't get around to it. 
Will try to take the time for it this week (not that it should be particularly 
difficult to do).
