Move to `JuliaInterop` #1

Hello @ParadaCarleton ,

Sorry for the late reply. You did not present yourself. Is a request coming from JuliaInterop team or is it a suggestion from an external person?

The tool has currently some shortcomings with dealing with templated code and the support is limited, considering it was developed as a proof of concept, and we don't have projects that relies on it.

In my opinion the code is not mature enough to be moved to the JuliaInterop organization, where people may expect to find software to be used for their project.
