I guess that now that GraspIt builds with CMake we could do away with the wrapper altogether?

For now, I found that the submodule init from the custom command did not work for me; Robert Ying had suggested to use --recursive when cloning the wrapper which I've added to the instructions here.

Also, the patches are no longer relevant.

@jvarley - any thoughts?

I agree. Can we delete the graspit_project.patch graspit_dbase.patch files in this PR as well?
