- medium server drawing 30%, "burstable instances" perhaps not designed to run that high, research needed
- investigate and improve resource consumption of dashboard page - or whatever is big drain cause by normal usage of app.
- running 5x servers on a medium instance - maybe simply need more resources

Periodically the entire system, both administration and trading interfaces, stop responding.

The AWS instance reports status as "degraded" or "severe". The max CPU usage across was 30%, peak transaction count apx 200 per minute.
