What did you try to do?
Create a new user with USSD interface.
What did you expect should have happened?
When I wrote wrong PIN on repeat PIN step, it should have terminated.
What happened instead?
Account was created, and session terminated normally.
What were the exact steps you took?
on commit 36dcd02f289a90b9c482fffab092fe39ef2783f0 used manual HTTP to USSD, chose:
