64 some event page summary stats are incorrect #100

Addresses #64

Resolved this issue by explicitly including these metrics in the airtable query.
Changed the naming of numTotalParticipants to match style
Fixed node environment check in server/routes/events.ts, previously it was checking if the env was development when it should have been dev

@6mp, I sent you an invite to be added to Railway and I see you're there now. Can you cancel and resubmit this PR and let's see if Railway builds and deploys it with a link. Also good if you can add screenshots of the corrected data from your change that you've validated.
