Currently, the confirmation popup for text triggering (from PR #109) happens only for the recruitment buttons on the /events/ page. However, this is really good functionality and should be there for the "Send Locations to Driver" and "Send Driver Info to Coordinators" buttons on the /events/driver-location-info/ pages, too. Otherwise, it's a strange UX where sometimes the text is immediately sent and sometimes there's a popup/confirmation.
