Include "guests" in total participant and packer counts #143

As discussed with @danthefridgeman, we want to show the number of "hands" that will be packers during the event and currently we just show signups. Many people bring guests (children/friends) who need to be planned for, though they will show up as a single signup. We can address this by increasing the counts to include guests. And, for transparency, we can include the number of guests next to the total so that it is clear how many guests are included in that number vs actual signups.

Here's an example of how this could be done on the main page. The "Total Participants" number would be incremented by 6 (from 51 to 57, instead), to reflect # of guests. Then include "(6 guests)" next to it to indicate how many guests are included in that total: image

Guests only matter for packers or packer/drivers. They don't matter for drivers only. Here's how event page would look (assuming 6 guest packers are coming): image
