[WIP] Table Upgrades #149

Description of this change

Adds the following features to tables

Closes #145 , #86 , #84

Currently only competed for main volunteers table, running into some issues with state in the other tables make it difficult to complete. Creating a draft PR of this so Dan can use the feature now.
