Description of this change

Status: Working on adding search for past events(requested by Dan), pulled to test deployment

Description of change: Added search functionality to the upcoming events page, allowing user to search for event by date and location Added search functionality to the volunteer table, allowing the user to search for a specific volunteer. This specific addition will be useful if we move forward with issue #56
