Fixed some names, updated NODE_ENV value from 'dev' to 'development', and changed 'npm install' commands to 'npm ci' instead to avoid overwriting lock files and updating dependencies/packages. This way, PRs from developers will not result in updates to yarn.lock each time. Dependencies can be updated intentionally as needed.
