Ignore screen initialization errors #49

In commit 4c602ea I completely forgot about legit cases where EXA intialization may fail. This PR contains fix and two minor clean-up patches.

@kusma I'll just merge it now since there is no much to review. Please let me know if you're minding me to merge potentially-not-very-interesting-to-you / trivial things without a review in the future.

@digetx: Feel free to merge most stuff, I'm not doing much Tegra stuff these days anyway. But I'll be happy to provide the occasional code-review if you want me to :)
