Recently I was debugging Xorg's crash and turned out that the bug is unrelated to Opentegra, it is already fixed in the Xorg's master. Meanwhile I spotted few problems in Opentegra, which are fixed in this PR. None of the fixes is critical, but drawing glitch is a bit annoying.
